Auf diese Weise ist es viel einfacher, gewonnene Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen \u2013 auch aus Fehlern \u2013 in den laufenden Prozess zu integrieren. Das kann man erreichen \u00fcber sogenannte <strong>User Stories<\/strong>: einer Sammlung individueller Sichtweisen von Allen, die unsere geplanten \u00c4nderungen nutzen, mit ihnen interagieren oder von ihnen betroffen sind. Wir gehen bei diesem Ansatz jedoch noch einen Schritt weiter und fragen uns, welche nicht-individuellen Akteure betroffen sein k\u00f6nnten. Dies k\u00f6nnen das \u00d6kosystem, die sozialen Strukturen der umliegenden Gemeinschaft sowie zuk\u00fcnftige Generationen sein. Diese Stories k\u00f6nnen sich mit der Zeit und durch zus\u00e4tzliche Erkenntnisse \u00e4ndern oder erweitert werden. Genau darin liegt das Sch\u00f6ne am zirkul\u00e4ren Arbeiten und Denken: Es gibt keinen Anfang und kein Ende, sondern nur Iterationen, die eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-info\" id=\"hotspot-hotspot-1799-1\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"hotspot-title\">2. Der Erfolg dieser ersten beiden Phasen h\u00e4ngt in hohem Ma\u00dfe davon ab, dass wir mit anderen sprechen, unsere Perspektive h\u00e4ufig wechseln und die Anforderungen nicht an vordefinierten L\u00f6sungen in unseren K\u00f6pfen anpassen. Die Konzeptphase wird mit einem objektiven Vergleich aller Konzepte und der Frage abgeschlossen, welches davon in die Designphase \u00fcbernommen wird. Manchmal kann die Antwort auch lauten: Keines.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-info\" id=\"hotspot-hotspot-1799-2\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"hotspot-title\">3. Design<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"line-height: 100%;margin-bottom: 0cm\" class=\"translation-block\">Die  <\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: none\">Designphase<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: none\"> macht den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil der Arbeit aus. Wir legen alle Spezifikationen fest, stellen das f\u00fcr die Umsetzung und Wartung erforderliche Team zusammen, suchen nach m\u00f6glichen Kooperationen, erstellen einen Zeitplan, erarbeiten einen Budgetplan und prognostizieren die \u00f6kologischen, sozialen und finanziellen Vorteile des Projekts. Am Ende dieser Phase steht DIE Bewertung: Nutzer, Teilnehmer und alle, die von dem Projekt betroffen sind, entscheiden, ob das  <\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: none\">Design<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: none\"> bereit f\u00fcr die Umsetzung ist und ob es die von uns erhoffte Wirkung hat. Nach bestandener \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung starten wir die Finanzierung: Alle, die an dem Projekt beteiligt sind, davon betroffen sind oder es einfach nur unterst\u00fctzen m\u00f6chten, k\u00f6nnen einen Teil davon finanzieren. Im Gegenzug erhalten Unterst\u00fctzer einen Gutschein im Wert ihrer Investition, den sie f\u00fcr die Produkte des COC oder ihren n\u00e4chsten Aufenthalt im HAFH einl\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-info\" id=\"hotspot-hotspot-1799-3\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"hotspot-title\">4. Unser Ziel ist es, die Unterst\u00fctzer und das Kollektiv auf jede erdenkliche Weise eng in diese Phase einzubinden.
